This coffee, called "caracolillo" from the word for "snail" is a special bean that grows at the end of the coffee branches. It is two beans that grow together (a sort of deformity of the bean) and due to its position on the branch gets the most sun and rain. These beans are highly prized for their superior flavor and "fruitiness."
