Here's a fun addition to your collection of santos, St. Nicholas. Thought to be the saint behind the story of Santa Claus, Saint Nicholas was a 3rd century bishop, loved for his charity and compassion, and is the patron saint of children. His symbols are his red mitered bishop's hat, his bishops staff and three gold balls to represent the dowries he provided for three impoverished maidens, the origins of his association with gift giving.
