This is an historic recording by the man who single-handedly defined the art of reciting black poetry on the island. No one has matched the way he brought to life Luis Pales Matos' classic "Majestad negra", which is only one of the many poems in Spanish included here. Juan Boria is a national treasure and this is his only available recording.
